FRAC PUMPER COOLING MODULES
ACS' frac pumper cooling modules support Caterpillar®, Cummins® and MTU® engines. Equipped with a large access door, robust cores and guarding, the frac cooling module was designed specifically for ease of cleaning, servicing and maintenance. The result is that the ACS frac cooling module offers one of the lowest overall cost of ownerships in the industry.
ACS has lightweight options available. The Caterpillar® 3512E Tier IV dry weight including hydraulic motor is 4,750 pounds.

RANDY CHARTRAND
Senior Design Engineer
Randy has over thirty five years in the heat exchanger business mainly in a senior design capacity. Randy works closely with customers to provide them with functional, cost effective designs to meet their space claim requirements working in tandem with our thermal engineering team. Randy has the ability to design effectively with all surfaces and adds value with designs that lower total cost of ownership for the customer.
MARTIN ZABEL
Senior Thermal Applications Engineer
Martin is a UW Milwaukee graduate and has nine years of thermal design experience in the Oil & Gas, Electric Power Generation and Industrial markets. Martin works closely with the customer on the thermal design aspect of our products and as a liaison with design and our global heat exchanger suppliers. Martin has extensive experience as a field test engineer assisting in the audits and qualification of our products in the field.
WARRANTY
Our products are backed by a full one year in service complete warranty covering the entire cooling system. Extended warranty options on the products we developed and manufacture for the Oil & Gas, Electric Power Generation and Industrial markets are also available with our company.
